Analog Machinery Calibration

We overhaul cast-iron sewing machines, manual typewriters, and vintage dual-throat carburetors. No diagnostic screens, no cheap fixes—just precise mechanical empathy and micro-tolerance calibration for unserviceable machinery.

WORKSHOP ARCHIVE

Calibrated Mechanical Assemblies

Every machine that leaves our bench is documented by its final operating tolerances. We eliminate decades of accumulated slop to restore the crisp, tactile, period-correct action intended by the original engineers.

METHODOLOGY

Rigorous Restoration Standards

JOB CARD: 01

Complete Disassembly

We strip every machine down to its individual cast-iron linkages, gears, and springs. Every component undergoes ultrasonic cleaning, manual microscopic inspection, and precision blueprinting to locate structural wear.

JOB CARD: 02

Micro-Tolerance Fit

Worn linkages are replaced with custom-machined, period-correct components. We eliminate mechanical slop in shafts and bushings, calibrating the assembly to run with absolute precision.

Mechanical Intake Registry

We accept a highly limited number of complex mechanical restorations and instrument setups each month. Submit your machinery details and tolerance requirements to reserve bench time.
